Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees, ensuring smooth transition and integration into the company.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in performance management processes, such as performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee queries on HR-related issues, ensuring effective resolution and high levels of employee satisfaction.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support in maintaining a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.
• Participate in HR projects, such as training and development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in Human Resources would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment equity regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
• HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP would be a plus.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
